How the ranking works

• You are ranked on the sales your own videos and lives bring in, and on nothing else.
• Sales that came from an ad are not counted.
• Every affiliate on the shop is entered automatically. To place, you need at least one qualifying sale and one video posted during the period.
• The board resets every period. Periods run from the 1st to the 15th, and from the 16th to the last day of the month, closing at 23:59:59 Pacific time.
• Ties go to the higher sales figure, then to more units sold, then to more videos posted in the period, then to whoever reached the figure first.
• The programme starts on 1 October.
• You can win in more than one period.

How the prizes are paid

• Below $6,000 of combined programme sales in a period, the pool stays at the minimum above. Above it the pool is 10% of those sales, split 50 / 30 / 20 between the top three.
• The top three places each take a prize. The figures on the podium are the guaranteed minimum: they do not fall if the programme sells less.
• Winners are contacted within 7 days of the period closing.
• Prizes are paid by PayPal.
• The figures come from a snapshot made when the period closes, so a refund after that does not change what you are paid.
• A place is paid only when a creator qualifies for it. If fewer than three do, only the prizes that were won are paid.
